Wichita Pet Wellness is a full-service veterinary clinic, also providing daycare and training. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll notice we are not your traditional veterinary clinic! Our goal is for pets and their people to feel as though they are at home and a part of our family.

Payment in full is required when services are completed. We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), CareCredit and Scratch Pay.**

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows and day-of cancellations not only inconvenience our team, but prevent us from providing care to other patients. For non-established clients, we require a deposit over the phone for the examination fee at the time of scheduling. Please be aware of the following policy:
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our schedule that is no longer available to other patients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least the day before your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us during business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. In the case of a no-show or day-of cancellation, we will keep the exam deposit that was paid at the time of scheduling.
